Feedbacks received from some alumni about the
first Alumni meet at Dharmakshetra held on 10th December, 2011
Sai Ram !

The Bhajans were soul stirring. The atmosphere on
the hillock was peacefully joyful and couldn't believe we were in
Mumbai. Bhagawan's photo was charming and Bhagawan's foot (in the
photo) were crossed exactly like the crossed legs of Lord Krishna
(in the statue behind the podium).

The get together started with few bhajans
followed by introduction talk by brother Pushkaraj. This was
followed by talk by Sri Nimish Pandya and Shri Keki Mistry .The
concluding talks were given by our senior alumni brother and a
member of Sri Satya Sai Trust Maharashtra and Goa, Shri Vijay
Bhasker.

Shri Nimish Pandya in his talk delved on His
interaction with the students community. He said Though Bhagawan was
the embodiment of detachment, He in His role showed attachment to
the students till the last day of His physical darshan. None else
got so much of His attention as the students of His institute and he
quoted few examples. He called all students to take up the work of
the organization and to treat Dharmakshetra as their home. He
detailed some activities taken up by the Organization (viz Spiritual
healing centre in DK, DK school, VIP, making Hadshi a sacred place
etc etc). As usual Shri Nimish Pandya's talk was a thrill and filled
with occasional humor.

Shri Keki Mistry spoke about some of His
experiences with Bhagawan and also asked students to join the
organization. He went to the extent of giving his cell no and email
id.

Shri Vijay Bhaskar brother gave the concluding
talk and this was followed by Aarti.

After the talks, all members assembled were shown
the sacred room in Satyadeep where Bhagawan choose to stay during
His visit to Mumbai.
This was followed by sumptuous dinner. Invitation cards for Bhoomi
poojan (to be held on the 17th of this month) of the Healing centre
along with Bhagawan's calender photo and vibuthi were given to all
assembled.
If I have missed on anything request other brothers to
correct/add/edit the same.
Sai Ram
RR
Sai Ram brothers,

To all those who could not make it to Dharmakshetra yesterday, it
was really a great memorable occasion for Alumni & family to
reconnect in the divine precincts of Sathyadeep. For most of us
Sathyadeep carries such special memories. Some of us Alumni had the
unique opportunity several years back to stage a Drama in the Divine
presence in this very lawn of Sathyadeep. Infact as recent as
Nov,2009 some of us had the opportunity to offer service during
Swami's visit to Mumbai & Hadshi, to Swami & his guests.
Meeting all Alumni with family yesterday was truly wonderful.
I thank all our elders in the organisation for making this evening
so special for all Alumni who came yesterday to Dharmakshetra with
family.
I also thank all my Alumni Brothers who took the initiative and
worked behind the scene to make this happen.
Now that Shri Nimish Pandya has suggested that we make Alumni Meet a
Annual event, I feel we should not let go this advise & opportunity.
I make bold to go further & suggest that let us have Aug 15, as
Maharashtra Alumni Meet day, as it is a national holiday. This
suggestion is just for consideration & discussion. Our elders in the
organisation has given us wonderful tips for Seva, which should not
be ignored.
We should earnestly build upon the momentum that we gathered from
this Meet and galvanize the collective Alumni strength in the
direction laid out by our Divine Master.

Just could not stop mentioning that the Bhajan
session yesterday was indeed soulful, elevating & took us back to
our students days at Parthi & Trayee Brindavan. Thanks to our
talented Alumni Bhajan Group.
SAI RAM !
Samastha Lokaha sukhino bhavanthu". Let all the beings in all worlds
be happy.
With love, with gratitude & prayers,
NK
