Compendium - Sri Sathya Sai Organisations Worldwide (1965-2010) 


Prashanti Nilayam, August 31, 2011: A compendium entitled “Sri Sathya Sai Organisations Worldwide (1965-2010) “will be released on the holy occasion of the Sri Ganesh Chaturthi on September 1, 2011.  The compendium, consisting of a book and twelve DVDs, is a virtual encyclopedia of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s Mission, focusing on the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation’s (SSSO) groundbreaking work in its various project areas around the globe.  These project areas include Educare, Medicare, and Sociocare..


The work received Bhagavan Baba’s Divine blessings on the March 1, 2011.  The compendium not only serves to broaden one’s knowledge of the work undertaken by the SSSO, but also to deepen one’s understanding of Bhagavan’s Mission of Divine Love and Service to the Society.  The compendium is a collection of work undertaken by the SSSO in the last 45 years, in India and 135 other countries through text, images, presentations, and audiovisuals.  It includes many inspiring articles, poems, books, and Bhagavan’s Divine messages, as well as a full account of Bhagavan’s 85th birthday celebration.  As such, this work is a symbol of the Divine legacy of Bhagavan. 


This Compendium has been brought about by Sri Indulal Shah, Trustee of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust and also Advisor to the Sathya Sai Seva Organisations (Overseas).  Sri Indulal Shah has remained as a dedicated instrument of Bhagavan for nearly five decades. 


Truly a collector’s item, this compendium will be a good source of reference because of its sweep and authenticity.  It is noteworthy that this work has been authored by Sri Indulal Shah, a pious Gandhian, and who has had a ringside seat in the development of the Sai Institutions.
