Samarpan -16th Edition -Sri H J Bhagia - Sunday July 24, 2016 at Dharmakshetra

Bhagia Sir, as he is lovingly called, has had an excellent record as a student, as a working professional and as a teacher. In 1969, he received a gold medal for his Chemical Engineering from Bombay University. Later he went on to complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Bombay University in the year 1978.

As a professional, he has worked for organizations in multiple industries in numerous capacities. His vast experience has been gained by working for various corporations in India, Netherlands, Bahrain, U.K. and many other countries.

In the year 1986, when Bhagawan started the MBA Program in Prasanthi Nilayam, Bhagia Sir was one of the first teachers to be appointed by Bhagawan. Loved by students across batches, Bhagia Sir is extremely popular amongst students for his wealth of experiences with Bhagawan. In fact, Bhagawan often refers to him as 'His Professor in Spirituality'. Bhagawan has been continuously guiding him in his personal life. He has also been fortunate to receive direct instructions from Bhagawan towards shaping students as effective instruments in His Divine Master Plan.

At the Samarpan Programme held at Dharmakshetra, on Sunday 24th July 2016 , Sri H J Bhagia, who was appointed by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba to teach the MBA students, shared his experiences of over 30 years with the Divine Master. He explained how every word uttered by Bhagawan had a deep and profound meaning. He spoke for almost 2 hours and shared innumerable experiences. The details of his experiences will soon be available on You Tube.

Sir H J Bhagia said that " Self enquiry is very important if one has to progress on the spiritual path. Divine love is Selfless, Changeless and Fearless and each one of us has a role to play in the Sai's mission. "

Ashadi Ekadashi at Dharmakshetra by Bandra, Khar & Santacruz Samithis - Evening Program - 15th July 2016

Last evening, the festival of Ashadi Ekadashi was celebrated in Dharmakshetra with brilliance & gaiety.

The palkhi procession ushered from Sathya Deep to Shanti Deep followed by Lezhim dance by the school children.

The students of Vijaya Sangeet Vidyalaya led by their guru Smt Vidya Jail on the harmonium gave a fantastic singing performance for a little more than a hour.

The beautiful singing of Vithala bhajans in Marathi & our Sai Vithala bhajans took the crowd to an ecstasy as if sitting in Pandharpur or Prashanti Nilayam.

An outstanding performance !!!

The session ended with Mangal Aarti & prasadam.
